    1. Thoroughly understand the business improvement opportunity.  Challenge any assumptions that might limit the available solution set.
      • We achieve this by analyzing the business opportunity from both an SAP standpoint  and through our broad and extensive business backgrounds.
    2. Brainstorm potential solutions with the client.  Present positive and negative implications of multiple alternatives.
      • Achieve through strong business and SAP backgrounds and the ability to clearly communicate through all aspects of that analysis.
    3. Pick the best solution and implement it as efficiently as possible.  Bring to beat the vast talent available to us within and outside our partnership.
      • Achieved through extensive SAP experiences - including primary areas of expertise and strong cross-functional knowledge.  When necessary, we tap the vast knowledge of the partners and associates outside our partnership.
    4. Transfer full working knowledge of the solution (if not completed during the implementation).  Ensure the client is self-sufficient to support and maintain the solution going forward.
      • Achieved through communication skills and the ability to translate SAP into terms that the business can understand.  From an IT standpoint, we involve the team members in all steps along the way, letting them ‘drive’ whenever possible.  We believe that knowledge transfer is critical to the long-term success of any project.
    5. Maintain ongoing communication to understand how the solution is working, overcome any follow-up issues, and return in the future to work on a different business improvement opportunity.
      • Achieved very basically - we continue to be available.  We make sure that the knowledge we acquired during a project is not lost.  We allow you to leverage the investment made in us - as a partnership should.
